The total return distance is about 13 miles but participants need not cycle the full distance. To find more about how to join the ride and raise funds for Sustrans the national sustainable transport charity.
This will be a great opportunity for families, particularly those with young children, to enjoy a gentle traffic free ride and at the same time raise funds for Sustrans. It is not widely recognised that the Phoenix Trail is part of the National Cycle Network developed and managed by Sustrans the national sustainable transport charity. This ride is one of many taking place throughout the country under the banner FRESH AIR MILES. From this national event Sustrans are hoping to raise £30,000 to support ongoing projects.

Cycle Tech will be at Thame town square offering free bike safty checks from 11am
